What is CTE?
Today’s cutting-edge, rigorous and relevant Career and Technical Education (CTE) prepares students for a wide range of high-wage, high-skill, high-demand careers. High school students involved in CTE are more engaged, perform better, and graduate at higher rates.
Career Clusters & Pathways
Career and Technical Education Career Clusters & Pathways offer exciting and innovative courses of study for both college preparatory and technical preparatory students in Gwinnett County. Our programs offer state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities that go beyond what is available in other high school classrooms.
Career & Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) provide students with integral leadership opportunities while extending the learning outside of the classroom. Participation in these dynamic organizations will further develop a student's skills and success in their focus area, empowering them with experience and knowledge to last a lifetime.
Maxwell High School of Technology and Grayson Technical Education Program offer cutting-edge programs with state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities that go beyond what is available in traditional high school classrooms.
